Yes, anyone can edit (almost) anything. It's a core concept of Wikis -- if you want to modify something or add new information, just do it, nobody is stopping you. Wakka stores old page revisions for a while, so you can't really permanently break or delete anything. However, when editing something, your attention to detail, as always, is greatly appreciated!
